Summary REDD+ results
"Suriname has submitted two FREL's to the UNFCCC, the first FREL was submitted in 2018 and the second FREL in 2021. Both FREL's are based on the the REDD+ activities: reduction of emissions from deforestation and reduction of emissions from forest degradation. In the table below the projected emissions, the estimated emissions and REDD+ results are shown. As so far, a total of 18,115,719 t CO2 yr-1 REDD+ results have been achieved for the period of 2016- 2021"
